Tip #2 No Carbohydrates
Going on a no-carb diet is also a must for weight loss. Carbohydrates, like sugar, can be highly addictive. In fact, carbs are ultimately processed as sugar during digestion. So, stop both sugar, and carbs. Avoid foods like bread, pasta, noodles, and rice.
